Biography
I, Amaresan Venkatesan born and brought in Chennai had a lot aspiration towards technology and computer networks and telecommunication field. I pursued my Bachelors of Engineering in ECE from one of the top colleges in India Govt college of Technology, Coimbatore aka., Anna University, Coimbatore. After that I went ahead and started working at Aricent technologies for 3 years to gain industrial experience and then pursued my MS in computer Networks from University of Texas at Dallas.
After doing multiple research and thesis in Body Area Networks and Ad-hoc Networks in UTDallas, I started working
as a Research Engineer in computer networks field and currently working at Juniper Networks with 15+ years of experience in Sunnyvale, California, USA. I live in middle of Silicon Valley San Jose, California, USA. Apart from my full-time job, I pursue independent researches and publish papers in Computer Networks and network security field. Published about 18 papers and 1 more in progress and also affiliated with multiple organizations and involved in peer reviews of other papers and contribute as a Jury of award committee of couple of organizations.
I have been awarded as best researcher in 2024 from couple of international organizations. I have reviewed more than 15 papers so far for different organizations and have been in review panel and member of hand full or organizations.
Over the period of time, I was able to develop expertise in development and deployment of advanced communications switching and routing protocols that run critical public communication infrastructure in airports, universities, internet backbone networks, leveraging enhanced network security algorithms in encryption and decryption, resulting in increased uptime, availability, speed and reliability.
