Biography:
Arunkumar Paramasivan is a Vice President at major financial firm in USA, where they have been contributing to innovative software solutions since August 2024. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the software industry, they have specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data technologies, cloud architecture, and advanced data analytics. Their expertise spans across cutting-edge tools and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure OpenAI, alongside programming languages like Python and Java. Arunkumar plays a pivotal role in driving AI-driven fraud detection systems, advancing cloud architecture, and enhancing security measures, all while improving customer analytics and user experiences.

Earlier Arunkumar worked at Amazon as a Senior Data Engineer from June 2022 to August 2024, where they developed large-scale data processing frameworks and utilized AWS services to optimize data workflows. They also contributed significantly to the company’s data-driven decision-making capabilities. Prior to Amazon, he held a Senior Advisor role at Cigna, from March 2020 to May 2022, where they implemented AI and cloud technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer service in the healthcare sector. Their career began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Big Data Engineer (April 2014 – March 2020), where they specialized in scalable data solutions, and at Infosys as an ETL Developer (October 2009 – February 2014), where they built robust ETL pipelines for managing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
Throughout their career, Arunkumar has been recognized for their technical prowess and problem-solving abilities. They have received several prestigious accolades, including the Global Recognition Award, Titan Technical Professional Award, and Innovation of the Year Award, particularly for their contributions to AI-driven fraud detection, cloud architecture, and banking security. They have also published over 20 articles in leading industry journals, contributing valuable insights to the field, and regularly serve as a peer reviewer for academic publications. Additionally, they have participated as a judge in numerous hackathons, further demonstrating their commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of engineers.
Arunkumar Paramasivan holds a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Computer Networks from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. It is a profound honor to stand before you today as a newly appointed key panel member for the International Research Awards. I am deeply humbled by this responsibility and excited about the opportunity to contribute to recognizing the groundbreaking research that is shaping the future across various disciplines.

This moment is not only a personal milestone, but also a celebration of the collaborative spirit that drives us all toward knowledge, discovery, and the betterment of society. As we all know, the work we do as researchers is essential to solving the challenges of our time—whether in technology, healthcare, environment, or social justice—and it is through recognition and support of these endeavors that we continue to inspire innovation on a global scale.
Research is the lifeblood of progress. It pushes boundaries, opens doors to new possibilities, and challenges the status quo. Whether we’re exploring new frontiers in science, uncovering innovative solutions to longstanding problems, or applying knowledge to improve lives, research is the foundation upon which our future is built.

As a panel member, I am privileged to be in a position where I can engage with the incredible minds behind these discoveries and contribute to elevating their impact on the world.
As I assume this new role, I am acutely aware of the responsibility it entails. The task of evaluating research at such a prestigious level requires not only a deep understanding of the subject matter but also a commitment to fairness, integrity, and the advancement of knowledge. My role as a panel member will be to ensure that every piece of research is examined not only for its scientific rigor but also for its potential to make a meaningful impact.
This responsibility is not to be taken lightly.
