  • How to confirm the selection of award title?

KINDLY FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CONFIRM YOUR AWARD TITLE:

STEP-1. Kindly fill the registration form (Fill only if you receive award selection email from us)

STEP-2. Kindly make the delegate fee of 8,000 INR for Indians who work or study inside India and 250 USD for others who work or study outside India

STEP-3. Send us the transaction details in email to Internationalresearchaward@gmail.com

STEP-4. We will acknowledge your transaction and send the Award winning Bonafide letter on or before 20 days from the date of transaction.

STEP-5. Your profile publish in the news regarding the winning of award title.

STEP-6. In case of absence after remitting your delegate fee, we will send the award kit through courier. We do not charge extra for courier.

Specific eligibility criteria for each award can be found and the general points should be noted by nominators:

  1. Nominations are selected by board members based on the quality of your article & profile and informed through email.
  2. Self-nominations are not accepted. Winning article must be either chosen by the Board or a declared winner can nominate others for an award.
  3. Nominations are valid for one cycle of the award summit only.
  4. Winners remain eligible for future subject-specific Awards.
  5. Winners remain eligible for another Award Title.

Call for nominations

  • The call for selections opens on 03 August 2024.
  • Selections are open until 15:00 GMT on 15 October 2024.
  • As well as information from the nominee, some nominations also require the input of a referee invited by the winner(s).

Review process

  • Once nominations are accepted, suggested references may be asked to assess the nomination for nominations where references are requested as part of the nomination.
  • For the Technical Assessment, independent references will assess the nomination & is shortlisted for the relevant award title.
  • Following the collection of references, all nominations are scored by the relevant factors.
  • These scores are confidential and will be discussed by the relevant committee only.

Approval of awards

  • Following the selection committee meetings, recommendations for the majority are made for approval.
  • Final approval is given by the committee.

Notification of outcome

  • It is expected successful winners and nominators will be informed by email from 03 August 2024.
  • The International Research Award winners and nominators will be informed between 03 August 2024 and 15 October 2024 following the committee’s approval.
  • Unsuccessful nominations are not notified as most nominations are valid for next cycles of the award.
  • The International Research Awards will announce all winners publicly after conducting the award ceremony.

Can anyone nominate themselves for IRA?

No, only the papers selected by the IRA Board can take part. In case of nomination by self, the IRA confirmed winner has to refer.

All the shortlisted articles for the award event will be notified via email.

If your profile/ nomination have won the title of IRA, a compulsory standard delegate fee is applied. (Fee is charged for the services & benefits covered in it).  There is no other further selection. In case of absence after confirming your delegate fee, We will send through Courier. We do not charge for courier additionally.

No, there is no further selection after confirming your delegate fee.

Yes, we will send all your award benefits through courier to your registered address after conducting the award ceremony. Anyhow before sending the courier, we will get the address confirmation from you via email.

Yes, the delegate fee is mandatory if you confirm your selection. If you are unable to attend the conference in person, Your award kit will be sent through courier and other benefits will be covered as promised.

No, We are sorry that the delegate fee is the same and there is no concession in case of presence or absence.

  • What sort of publicity can International Research Award winners expect to receive?

The awards ceremony will be internationally broadcast, so we have our own Awards public relations team will also work to generate international, regional, and local exposure for honorees.

Flight ticket and Accommodation is not included in the Delegate fee. However, we negotiate a discounted room price for award ceremony attendees in the same hotel. The discounted room rate is subject to availability. Please book your room well in advance to avoid disappointment.

No extension for Delegate fee will be given. On high priority, if the reason is valuable, you can contact our team for extension request up to two days only.
