Currently, he serves as a Product Manager/Business Analyst at the Virginia Department of Social Services in Richmond, USA.
Born with a passion for technology and business, Faiz pursued a Master of Management Information Systems from San Diego State University, The Fowler College of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Bangalore University, India.

Prior to that, at Epsilon in Bangalore, he managed marketing campaigns and automated reporting processes, significantly reducing manual effort. His journey began at Manhattan Associates, where he worked on supply chain management projects for major clients like Nike, Chanel, and Bollore, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
Faiz is a certified professional with credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA), SAP ERP Configuration, and Salesforce Administrator. His technical expertise spans business analysis, data analytics, and project management, with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
