At Salesforce, Surya has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s Hyperforce and Agentforce ecosystem. He has led major cloud expansion programs across 10+ international regions, enabling secure, high-availability production environments across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, Azure, and physical data centers. His leadership in AI-enabled automation, multi-region orchestration, and capacity engineering has accelerated deployment timelines, improved operational resilience, and enhanced cost-controlled scalability across mission-critical infrastructure.
Surya previously served as a principal cloud architect at Cisco, where he oversaw AWS-based infrastructure supporting more than 2,000 enterprise customers.
