Description:

Azure Rapid Response: Azure Rapid Response is business critical support for Microsoft Azure top 100 Customers providing support on Big Data Technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Data Lake Analytics and Azure Strean analytics.  Customers with ARR subscriptions will create (CritSit, Sev A/B/C ) service requests and we As ARR engineers help customers to identify the issue and providing solution in timely manner.

  • Troubleshooting of the issues by checking the audit logs and also doing a repro of the issue in our Internal azure subscriptions and giving the next steps to the customer for mitigation steps.
  • Work with end customers to identify and resolve performance issues and going on calls with customer whenever required to understand the root causes of the issue.
  • Experience in building solutions for Microsoft Customers on technologies like Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Azure synapse, Azure Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Stream analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, by jump on a call immediately and thoroughly understanding customer requirement and assisting customers on technical design and architecture .
  • Experience on Migrating SQL database to Azure data Lake, Azure data lake Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Data Bricks and Azure SQL Data warehouse and controlling and granting database access and Migrating On premise databases to Azure Data lake store using Azure Data factory.
  • Experience on Work on cases opened by end customers of Microsoft for any issues related to products like Logic Apps connectors for Azure Data factory and Azure SQL Server.
  • Experience in Work with support teams, Account teams, Azure Customer Engineer, product engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure satisfactory customer experience.
  • Experience in Handling complex escalations on customer issues from the support or field teams. Conducts impact analysis to determine the priority of the escalations and help the customers to resolve their issue immediately.
  • Expertise in using Cloud based managed services for data warehousing/analytics in Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server, Stream Analytics, HDInsight, DATABRICKS)

  • Analyze the Sales & DMS data sets required to be moved to Azure cloud storage and document the data flow strategy for each data set
